We recommend booking 2-3 months in advance for large events. However, we also handle last-minute bookings based on availability.
Yes! All our packages are highly customizable. We work closely with clients to create the perfect event solution within their budget.
Check our Refund Policy for details. Generally, 100% refund is available for cancellations more than 10 days before the event with valid reasons.

By using the services of WinkHiz Events, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
WinkHiz Events provides comprehensive event management services including planning, coordination, and execution of various types of events. Services are customizable based on client requirements.
Clients are responsible for:
The client assumes FULL LEGAL AND FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY for any damage to WinkHiz Events' equipment, venue decorations, or third-party property during the event.
Clients are liable for ALL of the following costs:
Recommendation: We strongly advise clients to maintain appropriate insurance coverage for their events to protect against unexpected damage or liability claims.
ā¹ļø Insurance Tip: Events liability insurance typically covers property damage, bodily injury, and legal defense costs. We recommend obtaining coverage before your event date.
